Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AiCodeJobs(“we”, “us”). By accessing or using aicodejobs.com and related services (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

AiCodeJobs is a global job-listing and talent-discovery platform for AI-native software builders. Employers post projects and roles; builders create profiles, showcase shipped work, apply, and message. We provide the tools to discover and connect — nothing more.

We are not a party to any agreement between users. We do not employ builders, act as an employer of record, staffing agency, or recruiter, manage or supervise work, guarantee any deliverable or outcome, hold funds in escrow, or process payments between employers and builders. Any contract, scope, milestones, timeline, and payment are arranged and fulfilled directly between the employer and the builder.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

You may edit or permanently delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or spam content.
• Impersonate any person or company, or misrepresent your experience or work.
• Post work you do not have the right to show, or infringe anyone’s IP.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or circumvent rate limits or security.
• Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited bulk messages to other users.
• Use the Services to arrange anything unlawful or to avoid our fees.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the profile, portfolio, listing, and message content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and promote the Services (for example, showing your public profile or featuring a listing). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

The only payments we take are from employers, for an employer subscription and for optional promotion of a listing — currently featuring and boosting it. Builders never pay us. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through Stripe, which processes the payment and stores the card details — we do not store your card number.

Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Any sales tax, VAT, GST or equivalent that applies where you are is calculated at checkout and added to the amount you pay.

Businesses outside the United States can buy under the reverse charge.If you give us your VAT or GST registration number at checkout and confirm the purchase is for your business, we do not charge you VAT or GST — you account for it yourself under your own country’s rules, and your invoice says so. We check that number against your government’s registry before you can pay, and we keep a record of the result. If the registry does not confirm it, or cannot be reached, the purchase does not go ahead on that basis.

No registration number?You can still buy. In a country where we are registered to collect VAT or GST ourselves, that country’s tax is calculated at your local rate and added at checkout, and your invoice shows it. Everywhere else we currently charge the price without adding VAT or GST.

Paid plans are currently available in every country. We may limit this in future; if we do, it will not end a plan you already have. Everything free on AiCodeJobs works the same wherever you are.

Fees are for the stated period and are non-refundable once the subscription period or promotion has begun, except where required by law or where we say otherwise. If we reject a paid listing, we refund that listing automatically. We may also refund a purchase at our discretion — for example while we are still deciding whether to sell in a new country. A refund made that way does not end or reduce what you bought: the plan or promotion carries on for the period you paid for. A promotion runs for the term shown beside its own price; if your subscription lapses while a promotion is still running, the promotion is delivered as paid for and is neither refunded nor re-applied to a later listing.

We never take a commission on, or handle, payments between employers and builders. We may change prices prospectively; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

The employer subscription is a recurring purchase. You choose the billing interval — monthly or annual — when you subscribe.

It renews automatically. At the end of each billing period we automatically charge the payment method on file for another period of the same length, at the price you subscribed at, until you cancel. One post is $10 per month or $106.56 per year; a plan with more posts renews at that plan’s price, shown on your billing page.

The price you start on belongs to that subscription, not to your account. We renew you at it for as long as the subscription runs without a break — if we raise prices later, an existing subscription keeps the rate it began on. If you cancel, or the subscription lapses, that rate ends with it: subscribing again means subscribing at whatever price is current at that time, which may be higher than the one you had.

You can cancel at any time, from the billing section of your dashboard, in a few clicks and without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next automatic charge. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not cut short — so cancelling does not produce a refund of the current period.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription may lapse and the access it granted ends. Work you have already published remains subject to the terms it was published under.

You are responsible for your own hiring, contracting, tax, and compliance decisions. Review portfolios, reviews, and references, and agree clear terms before starting work or sending money. We do not vet, verify, endorse, or guarantee any employer, builder, listing, review, or outcome. Any “verified” badge reflects a limited automated or manual check and is not a guarantee. Search results and matches are ordered automatically, including by AI — see automated ranking in our Privacy Policy for what that uses and what it deliberately ignores. An ordering is not an assessment of any person, and a hiring decision remains yours.

The Services are available worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including employment, contractor classification, sanctions, and tax rules in your own jurisdiction.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any listing or user is genuine or suitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiCodeJobs and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any dispute, loss, or damages arising from an engagement, contract, or payment between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold AiCodeJobs harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
